2022 Short Temper Tempranillo
This is our fifth vintage of Tempranillo that highlights what AZ wine is all about. This full-bodied wine offers medium tannins and dark fruit flavors up front that showcase the terroir of Arizona perfectly.
2022 Amigos Petit Verdot
Petit Verdot is taking off in its sixth season! This medium-bodied wine has a deep red color that will have you thinking it will be bolder. It offers black cherry, violet with a hint of sage and lilac. You can’t go wrong with this 100% Petit Verdot!
2022 Big Paw Petite Sirah
Our sixth vintage of Petite Sirah offers dark colored berries with a smoothness that has you wanting more. It’s a great representation of what Arizona can do with this varietal.
2022 Pretty Girls Viognier
Our 2022 vintage had the opportunity to age in neutral oak barrels for almost 24 months. It is crisp, refreshing, and continues to have the citrus flavors that we’re known for. Still the “white wine for red wine” drinkers, pairing very well with summer sausage or anything with cinnamon or nutmeg spices.
2024 Pete Rose Rose’
This new Rose’ is reminiscent of our former Rose’s, but with a new twist. It’s still a darker, fun blend and only includes our estate fruit including Cabernet Sauvignon, Petite Sirah, and Petit Verdot. It’s dry with a good amount of “fruitiness” that will leave you wondering what exactly you’re tasting. Fun by the fire or the pool!
2022 Double Trouble Cabernet Sauvignon
Harvested from vines planted in 2016, whole cluster grapes were destemmed, then cold soaked on skins for 2 days prior to fermentation. The must was inoculated with carefully selected yeasts, pressed at dryness and then racked to barrel where it completed malolactic fermentation. The wine was nurtured for 29 months throughout élevage in neutral French and American oak barrels, thrice racked. Four Tails used a gravity-flow system for bottling, to gently handle the wine and preserve delicate flavors.
2022 Jealousy Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon
Harvested from the oldest 300 estate vines, whole cluster grapes were destemmed, then cold soaked on skins for 3 days prior to fermentation. The must was inoculated with carefully selected yeasts, pressed at dryness and then racked to barrel where it completed malolactic fermentation. The wine was nurtured for 29 months throughout élevage in neutral French and American oak barrels.
2024 The Crush Chardonnay
This Arizona Chardonnay is the first of its kind for Four Tails! We’re excited to add a new white to our offering, made with love and care using fruit from our friends at Carlson Creek.
